CRA Public File

Peoples State Bank is happy to provide access to our Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Public File. The complete file data can be viewed online or in person at the Main Office, located at 114 North Main St, New Lexington, OH 43764.  Limited detail files can be viewed at any bank office that takes deposits. You do not have to be an account-holder to review the information in the Public File and get print copies of documents as needed. The bank is able to provide copies of these documents, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover copying and mailing expenses if not provided electronically. 

 

Under CRA, the following information must be maintained in a file, available to the public, and current as of April 1st of each year.

• A copy of the bank's most recent Community Reinvestment Act Performance Evaluation from the bank's regulatory agency.
• A list of branch locations and servicing information, including:
  • Business hours of operations;
  • Personal and business account offerings (this can be viewed using the menu navigation tabs at the top of this page); and 
  • A list of branches opened or closed during the current  year and the two prior calendar years.
• The bank's CRA Assessment Area which is the area the bank serves and is evaluated on for the CRA Performance Evaluation.
• The bank's loans to deposit ratio for each quarter of the prior calendar year. 
• The written notice that the bank's Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Disclosure Statement may be obtained on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's website.
• Public written comments regarding CRA performance received by the bank and the bank's response to those comments for the current year and previous two calendar years.
